PSIPS 2004 Conference will be held 14-15 June at the
University of Oulu.
The City of Oulu is the capital of northern
Finland.
Oulu has an international airport and there are about 15 flights to and from Helsinki each day. The
flight time is about one hour. There are also direct flights from Stockholm. See
location info for instructions to get into the conference venue (lecture hall TS101).

Machine Vision Group,
Intelligent Systems Group and
MediaTeam Oulu.
Infotech Oulu is an umbrella organization, founded at the
University of Oulu in 1996, for the purpose of promoting long-term research in information
technology.
